He was an interesting person – more complex than I would have guessed before I started all this. As far as I can remember all birthday and Christmas gifts came from Grandma. Of course they came from both of them, but it was Grandma who sent them! Tom was his first grandson.

Those were the good old days – before my younger sister was born. Things became much more complex when Donna entered the world.
